Editorial Policy
Sarkari Results Competition is an independent, unofficial job-information portal. We are not a government website, and we do not represent, and are not affiliated with, any recruitment board, ministry, PSU, or examination body. This page explains how we find, verify, and update the notifications we publish, so you know exactly what to trust and what to double-check for yourself.
Where our information comes from
Every job notification, admit card alert, and result update on this site is built from the recruiting organisation's own official notification — usually a PDF or notice published on that organisation's official website. We do not accept paid listings, and we do not publish a vacancy we have not been able to trace back to an official source.
How we verify a listing before publishing
- The application dates, eligibility criteria (age, qualification, category-wise relaxation), fee structure, vacancy count, and selection process are all cross-checked against the official notification before a post goes live.
- The "Apply Online" and "Official Notification" links on every post point to the recruiting organisation's own official domain — never to a third-party or intermediary site.
- Posts are dated with both a publish date and a last-updated date, so you can see at a glance whether a page reflects a recent check.
Keeping listings current
Government recruitment timelines change often — extended deadlines, corrigenda, revised vacancy counts, and postponed exams are common. When an official corrigendum or update is issued, we update the existing post (and its last-updated date) rather than leaving outdated information live. Once a post's application window has closed or its result has been declared, its status is updated accordingly (or, for very old expired listings past their retention window, it is retired) so search results stay pointed at content that's still useful.
Corrections
We're an aggregator working from public notifications, and mistakes can happen — a misread date, a typo in a vacancy number, a stale link. If you spot one, please tell us and include a link to the official notification if you have it; we treat this as a factual correction, not a complaint, and we'd rather fix it fast than be right. Reach us via our Contact page.
Who writes and reviews this content
Our editorial process is source-first: content is drafted directly from the official notification and structured consistently (dates, eligibility, fees, how to apply, FAQs) so it's easy to scan, then checked against that source before publishing. You can see who published and last updated any individual post at the top of that post, and visit their author page for more on our editorial process.
Advertising and affiliate links
This site may display third-party advertising and, on select posts, affiliate links to books or study material. Advertising and affiliate relationships never influence which government jobs we cover or how we describe eligibility, dates, or the application process — that content is sourced the same way regardless of whether a page carries ads.
