How to check which government jobs you are eligible for
- Enter your age. Almost every sarkari notification sets a minimum and maximum age measured on a specific cut-off date, and it is the single most common reason an application is rejected.
- Pick your highest qualification and category. Your qualification decides which posts you can apply for at all; your category decides whether age relaxation may extend the upper limit for you.
- Add a preferred state, or leave it blank. Leaving it empty includes all-India vacancies plus every state. Adding one narrows results to that state and to posts open to all of India.
The checker then compares those details against every vacancy currently open on this site and lists only the matches, each linking straight to the full notification.
What this checker actually looks at
- Age limits — your age against the minimum and maximum published on each post.
- Qualification — matched against the qualification each vacancy is tagged with, so a post asking for a degree will not appear for a 12th-pass search.

- Location — free-text state matching, treating "All India" vacancies as matching every state.

How do I know which government job I am eligible for?
Every government job notification sets a minimum and maximum age, a required educational qualification, and often a location or domicile condition. You are eligible when you meet all three on the cut-off date given in that notification. This checker compares your age, qualification, category and preferred state against every currently open vacancy listed on this site and shows only the ones that match, so you do not have to read each notification to find out.
Which government jobs can I apply for after 10th or 12th pass?
A large share of government vacancies are open to 10th and 12th pass candidates, including many posts in railways, defence, police, postal services and state boards. Select your highest qualification in the checker above and it will list the currently open vacancies that accept it, rather than showing you every job on the site.
Does the checker account for SC, ST, OBC and other age relaxation?
Partly, and it is deliberately honest about the limit. Age relaxation is usually published as free text inside the notification (for example "five years for SC/ST") rather than as a structured number, so an exact relaxed cut-off cannot be computed reliably. If you select a reserved category and you are above a job's base maximum age, that job is still shown to you with a "check age relaxation" flag instead of being hidden, so you can read the official notification and decide for yourself.
